Transforming lives with Good News in the Nation’s Capital
Mar 29, 2021
We wait on our God to move in response to our prayers this week as we stand for faith and values in the land.
Mid-week, we join with many likeminded believers and participate in the Prayers4America prayer walk on Capitol Hill.
Won't you agree with us in prayer this Wednesday for our nation and her leaders? There is power in agreement!
Thank you for coming alongside us regularly in prayer and for faithfully funding this work to influence America's capital for Christ!
Blessings,
Peggy Nienaber, Vice President
THE MONDAY RECAP
COUNTDOWN TO THE RESURRECTION
We are counting down the days to Resurrection Sunday by sharing devotionals on pivotal moments and events leading up to the Resurrection.
If you missed the previous days of the countdown, you can catch up on the devotionals by clicking HERE.
COMING THIS WEEK
Our prophetic missionary work in Washington, D.C., continues during this critical time in history. CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT YOUR PRAYER REQUEST.
There is so much happening in our nation's capital that demands our attention and immediate response. To stay up to date on issues on Capitol Hill (e.g., "Equality Act") and learn how you can get involved, look for Faith & Liberty's ACTION emails throughout the week.
To learn more about the "Equality Act" and access a resource to distribute to family and friends, click HERE.
There are numerous dangerous bills which have already passed in the U.S. House and are pending in the Senate. Pray for the eyes of our leaders to be opened to the truth and for them to have the courage to stand for truth and freedom.
Pray along with us during the Prayers4America prayer walk on Capitol Hill on Wednesday for healing, hope and harvest for our nation.
As we hold our Good Friday service at the Capitol, intercede for Joe Biden, lawmakers and staffers, that they will understand the power of the cross and the resurrection to transform their lives. "And He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed (1 Pet. 2:24).
All of our efforts to bring the Word of God to bear on the hearts and minds of our public policy makers are only possible because wonderful friends like you stand with us both in prayer and in your generous financial support! Again, thank you!
Make a difference and partner with us.
