We are one week away from one of our busiest seasons of the year! Along with our annual activities around the National March for Life and Sanctity of Life Sunday, our nation's next president is being inaugurated! It’s truly an exciting and important time to be in Washington, D.C., and we are truly grateful we are here because of God’s appointment and your support.
On Inauguration Day, many people will be walking by our Ministry Center, where we have designated 50 volunteers to hand out Commemorative Scriptures, which have been published especially for this significant occasion. Pray with us that those who receive these Bibles read them and that His Word will fulfill its good purpose.
All of that means we need and value your prayer support for physical and spiritual protection; logistics and coordination among ourselves and with other ministries; good health and energy; and the weather. Most importantly let us pray that God would be glorified through our Scripture distribution, in our conversations, especially with leaders in government and in the pro-life movement, and so much more. Thank you for standing with us in prayer!

MONDAY RECAP
- Wednesday night the interns spent time at our Ministry Center for a time of fellowship and Bible study. We love having them here!
- Saturday night, instead of a Game Night, the interns shoveled snow at the Ministry Center, and we had a S’mores & Hotdog Cookout.
- We continued planning and preparing for next week’s many activities!
- Peggy Nienaber was on a Zoom call with U.S. Senate Chaplain Barry Black. After he experienced a significant health issue, it was great to see him in good spirits!

COMING SOON
- Next Monday, Jan. 20, the morning of the presidential inauguration, our team along with two other ministries will be distributing 50,000 Commemorative Scripture books. We did this in 2017 and will do the same in 2025. The security fences are up on Capitol Hill, but that will not prevent us from handing out God’s Word!

- Other inauguration activities, including a prayer convocation service, our breakfast for volunteers, an inauguration watch party, co-hosting the sold-out Presidential Inauguration Christian Gala, and the National Prayer Service at Washington National Cathedral.
- During inauguration week, we will also host or participate in key pro-life events. They include our LIFE Reception and Prayers & Remembrance — Victims of Roe as we remember the preborn with prayer and 3,000 flowers laid in front of the Supreme Court.
