Transforming lives with Good News in the Nation’s Capital

A Battle Between Good and Evil

Jun 25, 2024

A new federal mandate from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission demands private businesses in 48 states give time off for employees to get an abortion. This mandate (for businesses of 15+ employees) went into effect last week. Only Louisiana and Mississippi are temporarily exempt, thanks to a judge’s pause on its implementation.

In addition, Senate leadership is consistently scheduling votes on the most extreme abortion bills. To give you an idea of the breadth of the onslaught against life in our nation’s capital right now — more than 100 active anti-life, abortion bills are now in the U.S. Senate!

The battle over abortion is rapidly escalating.

And the only way to describe what is happening on Capitol Hill is that it’s like a pressure cooker intensifying every moment! Radicals are desperate to demand the murder of these precious children.

Recently, a woman testified before the U.S. House Oversight Committee saying, “My abortion was the best decision I ever made. It was an act of self-love.” This is the type of nonsense senators are hearing daily!

A dramatic NBC News article stated, “There’s another War Between the States coming.” The writer points out that the division taking place in America is “unlike anything seen since the years before the Civil War.”

Meanwhile, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is working to pass any one of the five major abortion bills that could come up for a vote at any time. We need your help to tell Congress to VOTE NO on ALL abortion-enabling bills! — Your Faith & Liberty team

This hatred for life does not just target the preborn. Our staff collectively has decades of experience in Washington, D.C., and in the fight for life, but even all those years of experience could not prepare us for what we have witnessed in this attack. Many of our team members participated in a prayer vigil outside the Supreme Court during the heat of the battle over life.

A small podium and two loudspeakers had been set up to allow the prayer vigil attendees to speak and play worship songs. But as prayer began, our staff and the other intercessors were surrounded by darkness, which I’ll explain below.

Black-robed men and women arrived on the scene, screaming obscenities over our prayers. Screams of “**** your God and your religion!” filled the air.

As the prayer team’s worship music continued, a pro-abortion demonstrator brought a wagon carrying a large boom box blaring satanic “music” and unsettling noise. Its volume increased to intentionally drown out the songs of praise.

Nonetheless, intercessors continued to pray. One of our team members says, “The longer we prayed, the more anxious and agitated the satanists became.” The evil surrounding the intercessors did NOT want the Word of God proclaimed!

Women dressed like prostitutes arrived, leaving little of their exposed bodies to the imagination. They gleefully joined the melee the witches and warlocks had begun.

A woman walked right up to our podium and stood next to the pro-life speaker. Every time the pro-lifer spoke, the woman would scream unmentionable curses into a megaphone pointed at the podium microphone to be amplified.

Peggy Nienaber, our senior vice president, has lived and worked on Capitol Hill for decades. She’s participated in more pro-life prayer vigils than she can count. She’s personally witnessed the violent protests of both Antifa and BLM. During Justice Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings, we had to hire additional security guards.

But even she had never witnessed the degree of evil taking place before the Supreme Court and in the district at that point.

Satan worshippers have covered sidewalks with black magic ritual circles and candles, performing their dark incantations near midnight most evenings. Half-burnt candles and other debris of active witchcraft were scattered on the public spaces around the Court.

Meanwhile, one man who had the attire and appearance of a horror-movie warlock targeted the senior ladies quietly praying for the lives of the unborn. The warlock would crowd one at a time, making the sign of Satan over each woman’s head.

As he made the sign, guttural growls and a language our staff could not understand issued from his throat as he spat demonic curses over the women. One by one, he tried to corner and curse them.

The pro-abortion crowd cursed the Justices, cursed the people praying, and vehemently cursed God. This is the battle we are facing on Capitol Hill to protect life. This battle is much bigger than we are. We need your help, your voice, and your support in the war against the next generation.

Members of Congress also are being physically threatened even as they are up for reelection. They need to hear from you now. Help defend life with your urgent fax straight to Congress to block this battle to kill children.

After years on Capitol Hill, our staff is generally unflappable. But when the warlock began stalking senior women to issue his demonic curses, one said a palpable feeling of darkness rose in the air.

We’ve seen Roe v. Wade overturned. Praise the Lord! Now the next battle has begun. Faith & Liberty will continue fighting for life on Capitol Hill and across America. This is a battle between good and evil, life and death.
