Planet Fitness just lost 400 million dollars because of its absurd policy that allows men to freely enter private spaces designated for women at its fitness locations. Women who complain are punished. It’s moral insanity!

Women don’t want men in their private spaces! While these policies are the decision of management, the “Equality Act” would mandate this insanity in every restroom, bathroom, locker room, and changing area across the nation.

Teaming up with Democrats in the U.S. House and Senate, the LGBTQ lobbyists want to force this radical ideology — by law — EVERYWHERE! If HR 15 passes, this insanity will become the norm. And women will have nowhere to go.

HR 15 is far more radical than Planet Fitness. This bill will give special protections for ALL sexual perversion (including voyeurism, pedophilia, etc.) to be promoted in gyms, schools, online — everywhere! With only a one-vote margin in the House, we need your help NOW to stand against this bill!

Here are just a few of the recent publicly known incidents at Planet Fitness:

• In Fairbanks, AK, Patricia Silva took a picture of a biological male shaving in the women’s locker room. She shared the image on social media, telling her followers about the intrusion. Her membership was canceled. Now the gym is sending in a staff person with this biological male to make sure all other women back off or leave if they feel uncomfortable.

• In Monroe, GA, a 25-year-old male went into the locker room and exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl. Reports allege that the gym claimed the perpetrator still had the right to go into the women’s bathroom — even after he exposed himself.

• In Flemington, NJ, Planet Fitness allowed a s*x offender to follow and openly film women around the gym. It refused to do anything about the man until the police got involved.

Now, even when members are attempting to cancel their membership, they are being told they can’t list the bathroom policy as the reason.

But if the Equality Act was already the “law of the land,” it would be an uphill battle to defend the safety and privacy of women.

NO ONE will be safe, as no exemptions will be allowed.

No school, church, business, or person will be allowed to separate boys from girls or men from women in housing, sleeping arrangements, locker rooms, showers, or sports. Under this bill, boys must be allowed to use girls’ facilities.

When Helen* was on a 10-mile run, she had a frightening encounter. At the end of the trail, a man jumped out of the bushes and attacked her. Thankfully, she was able to fight off the attacker and escape, frantically running back to her car.

When Helen and her husband returned to the scene, they found duct tape that the would-be rapist planned to use to tie up Helen and rape or kill her.

This kind of experience stays with a woman.

So instead of running outdoors, Helen was hoping to enjoy a nice workout at Planet Fitness, but she was not prepared for what she saw in the women’s bathroom and changing room.

She politely asked Jordan Rich — an obvious biological male — to leave. Instead, Rich smirked and watched her in the mirror where he had a full view of every woman entering or exiting the shower and locker area. Rich remained there for at least an hour to intentionally deny Helen the privacy she desired.

After waiting an hour, Helen complained to the Planet Fitness staff, but they allowed Rich to continue to monopolize the women’s locker room and impede Helen’s rightful use of it.

This was not the first time Rich had gotten in trouble at Planet Fitness. Rich had been involved in other incidents with women at the same location. One woman reported that he exposed his naked body in the women's locker room. Rich was also involved in an argument with another woman over the use of a tanning room.

Helen decided to leave the gym. So, Rich chased Helen across the parking lot to her car. Remember, this is not the first time that Helen has been chased by a man. She frantically ran to get away.

Then Rich called 911 to ask for the police and complain that he had been “sexually harassed.” All because Helen dared to ask him to leave the women’s locker room.

And what did Planet Fitness do? Eject Rich? No! They canceled Helen’s membership. We know this sounds impossible, but it’s true!

If HR 15 passes, this insanity will become the norm. And Helen and others like her will become both the victims and the focus of a lawsuit!

Planet Fitness routinely cancels those who complain. It claimed that Helen violated an unwritten policy that does not allow one member to “judge” another member!

But if the Equality Act becomes law, perverts like Rich would also be able to terrorize and even sue victims like Helen.

This bill is dangerous. It is traumatic for women like Helen to encounter a man in private facilities — especially if they feel trapped.

Democrats already had 213 votes. With the recent resignations of some House Republicans, the margin is down to about one.

Together, we MUST STOP HR 15. We must do everything in our power to win this battle.
