The LGBTQ lobby is targeting faith-based schools for destruction, using the so-called “Equality Act” to force all Christian schools (pre-K through post-college) to replace their sincere religious beliefs with the LGBTQ agenda. If a school refuses, it could be stripped of tax exemption and accreditation (which is a death knell) AND face multiple lawsuits and persecution by the U.S. Department of Justice.

If HR 15 passes, religious freedom and Christian education will become a battleground.

Democrats just picked up another vote with the recent special election in New York. They now have 213 votes to pass HR 15. With only five more votes, the House Democrats can bypass the Speaker and pass this bill. HR 15 is dangerously close to passing.

The radical LGBTQ Human Rights Campaign (HRC) is demanding Joe Biden strip Christian schools and colleges of their accreditation. The intentionally misnamed “Equality Act” will accomplish that ... and much more.

This bill already has 213 cosponsors. It needs just a handful of votes to pass. Now is the best time to urge Republicans to stand firm. We CAN stop it IF we strongly voice opposition NOW!

First, the bill will require schools and crisis pregnancy centers to accept and even promote abortion. Schools that offer health insurance for students must include abortion coverage in their plans.

Second, the bill imposes LGBTQ into every corner of the school. This includes “Q” — which the bill says stands for “Queer” — all the 550 paraphilias (including pedophilia). This applies to staff, teachers, restrooms, lockers, showers, dorms, sports, and more.

This bill is a Pandora’s box of evil that will insert itself into scores of federal laws, override all state and local laws, and force religious institutions to accept and promote homosexual, bisexual, transvestite, transexual, and any of the 550 paraphilia behaviors.

We are already seeing the length these radicals will go to in order to silence any dissent. In the United Kingdom, public disagreement with the LGBTQ agenda, if perceived to be insulting, can result in fines or even jail time. Consider what happened to these outspoken believers:

• The now-late evangelist Harry Hammond was arrested, charged, and convicted under U.K. hate speech laws for displaying a sign bearing the words, “Jesus gives peace, Jesus is Alive. Stop immorality, Stop homosexuality, Stop lesbianism. Jesus is Lord.”

• And a street preacher named Stephen Green was arrested for handing out pamphlets that called homosexuality a sin.

This assault is a direct attack not just on religious liberty but also against freedom. These attacks will come to the U.S. if we don’t STOP the so-called “Equality Act.”

Among other things, the “Equality Act” will mean that:

• Churches and religious schools will be forced to hire staff involved in LGBTQ conduct; give men access to restrooms, locker rooms, showers and sports; allow boys to bunk with girls on camping and overnight trips; make facilities available for LGBTQ ceremonies if the church hosts natural marriage ceremonies; and provide insurance to cover hormone therapies, mutilating surgeries, and chemical and surgical abortions.

• Noncompliant churches and schools will lose federal, state, and local tax exemptions and accreditation.

• From pre-K, children will be taught they can choose their gender, will be encouraged to experiment with each other to find their “identities” and will be able to demand opposite, both, and neither sex pronouns (“he” for a girl, “zie” for they or neither, or “mx” for both).

• Websites, emails, and social media will come under HR 15’s provisions.

• Health care providers will be forced to provide hormone and abortion drugs, surgery to remove healthy body parts and abortions ... and pregnancy resource centers will be forced to provide abortion referrals.

The “Equality Act” will also make abortion a federal right, and EVERY STATE LAW — including parental notification and consent, informed consent, and doctor regulations — will be preempted.

The "Equality Act" is not about equality. If it were, houses of worship would be exempt, faith-based schools would be excused, and religious freedom would be protected.

Instead, this bill is a massive expansion of tyranny into every corner of our lives.

This bill shreds the very foundations of our country. By codifying paraphilias and abortion into legal protection, the bill will be a direct assault on our Judeo-Christian values and our unalienable right to religious freedom.

The “Equality Act” will put extreme LGBTQ and abortion advocates in full authority over YOU and YOUR FAMILY. Your speech, social media, websites, church, schools, day care, work, insurance plans, medical care, and more will be affected. But we can stop this bill in the Senate if we act now!
