Joe Biden hopes to fool Americans. He calls what is happening in Geneva with the World Health Organization (WHO) an “instrument” or an “agreement.” It is actually a treaty that should require 2/3 vote of the U.S. Senate.

This is the most serious power grab we have ever seen.

A leading Senate Democrat agrees with what we’ve been saying. Responding in writing to one of our supporters, Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) admitted that the WHO is creating a new “treaty.”

However, Joe Biden is trying to bypass the Senate by claiming he has authority to unilaterally sign America on to this treaty at the WHO. And he’s following the template of prior presidents who similarly fooled the American people.

Notwithstanding his admission, Durbin is touting three lies trying to mollify opposition to this “treaty.” We will address each one.

Democrat Senator Dick Durbin admitted that what the WHO is trying to accomplish is a new “treaty.” But then he downplays the significance of a treaty by pushing three false statements.

Lie #1: “The draft treaty would be non-binding and lays out broad recommendations related to international cooperation on pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response.”

The draft treaty is combined with proposed amendments to the WHO’s governing documents and WILL HAVE LEGALLY BINDING AUTHORITY. The amendments give the WHO enormous power, and the treaty will be enforced as legally binding under international law.

Up till now, globalists have tried to hide behind the word “agreement” or “instrument” to avoid the word “treaty.” This same sleight of hand was done by Obama with the Paris Agreement or Paris Accord (as it is sometimes called). Yet, the Paris Agreement is actually a treaty and is listed as such on the U.N. website, with the U.S. as a signatory even though the Senate did not vote on it.

With Sen. Durbin’s admission that the WHO “agreement” is a “draft treaty,” globalists can no longer hide behind a false label. It is common knowledge that a treaty is legally binding. In addition, this document clearly states for nations that “consented to be bound by this Agreement, in accordance with its terms, and for which this Agreement is in force.”

This is no longer “advice” or a suggestion. This carries the full weight of international law. That is why we must push back now before it is too late. HR 79 will defund the WHO.

HR 1425 and its companion, S 744, require that any international agreement involving the WHO receive 2/3 Senate approval as required by the Constitution.

Lie #2: “A draft treaty under consideration in the WHO does not overrule any nation’s ability to pass individual pandemic-related policies."

This draft treaty — in combination with a list of amendments being pushed for a vote — clearly states that individual nations can make MORE rules or laws that are MORE restrictive than what the WHO is demanding, but they CANNOT make rules or laws that are LESS restrictive than the WHO’s legally binding “standards.”

If any nation has LESS restrictive rules than the WHO, the WHO has threatened to strip that nation of its sovereignty and force it to obey in international court to bow to the WHO’s MORE restrictive rules.

Lie #3: “These documents do not mention lockdowns, closures or specific citizen surveillance systems.”

When combined with the WHO amendments, the WHO will clearly have the power to impose digital health records (aka Vaccine Passports) to control over your movement, including work, school, and worship. But the WHO goes so much further. It will control the production of medicines, where supplies will go, and who will receive treatment based on race and religious affiliation.

The WHO will control what can be shipped, how items will be shipped, and which port can be closed. The WHO will have binding authority of ANYTHING that has the “the potential for international disease spread.”

The draft treaty and the amendments give the WHO power to impose so much more than lockdowns, closures, surveillance, tracking, and tracing. These are just the beginning.
