The global climate summit, COP28, just finished with an appalling conclusion. Their goal is to transition “away from fossil fuels” to “achieve net zero” carbon emissions by 2023.

These are not empty threats. During the presidential debates, this is exactly what Joe Biden warned us that he would do ... he promised to “transition from the oil industry.”

Now he is making good on these words. However, this will completely cripple America and bring us to the poverty level of a Third World country.

We’ll share the specific tenets of COP28 below and how this agreement is directly in line with what is also happening at the World Health Organization (WHO). The new Pandemic Treaty explicitly pushes climate change.

The WHO is launching a global socialized medicine where each nation “mobilizes multiple sectors, disciplines and communities at varying levels of society to ... tackle threats to health and ecosystems, while addressing the collective need for clean water, energy and air, safe and nutritious food, taking action on climate change, and contributing to sustainable development.” (emphasis added)

The WHO is meeting on “Climate change and Health.” This massive power grab under the guise of “health” includes “climate change.

We are less than five months away from the final vote at the World Health Assembly. The WHO will gain global authority if we do not stop Biden. HR 1425 and its companion, S 744, require that any international agreement involving the WHO must receive 2/3 Senate approval as required by the Constitution. The COP28 meeting boasted of 70,000 attendees flying in from around the globe to lecture you and me about reducing CO2 emissions. At this meeting, they came up with the following tenets to force:

• Accelerating efforts toward the phase-down of unabated coal power.

• Accelerating efforts globally toward net zero emission energy systems.

• Transitioning away from fossil fuels in energy systems ... in this critical decade, so as to achieve net zero.

• Accelerating and substantially reducing non-carbon-dioxide emissions.

• Accelerating the reduction of emissions from road transport on a range of pathways, including through development of infrastructure and rapid deployment of zero- and low-emission vehicles.

• Phasing out inefficient fossil fuel subsidies that do not address energy poverty ... as soon as possible.

• And so much more.

This would be the cold, hard death of the American economy. To continue the momentum, the WHO is meeting to push “Climate change and Health.” The only thing that can stop this train is YOU and CONGRESS!

In the “Proposed amendments” at the WHO, they advocate that the WHO should have control over all the following respecting travel and shipping:

• Review “manifest and routing” information.

• “Inspections” on any goods.

• Know the behavior of all staff members during transition.

• Have the power to decide and declare if “contamination” is present.

• Direct how all of the following should be treated: “baggage, cargo, containers, conveyances, goods, postal parcels” and human remains.

• Demand isolation or quarantine for goods (without any time limit).

• Implement the “seizure and destruction” of goods, even if they are “suspect” of contamination.

• Hold the power to completely “refuse departure or entry” of goods.

Think about what would happen if the WHO decided to refuse entry for all medication for one country, or if it decided to prevent a nation from exporting — based on nothing more than suspicion of a health risk.

From a world trade standpoint, it is irrelevant who owns the “biological resources” if the WHO controls ALL of the means of transportation and can shut down distribution of resources.

If the WHO is given this power, it will be the end of free markets and the initiation of global socialization. It's time to push back against the WHO before it’s too late. Send your urgent faxes to Congress to oppose this WHO treaty. Tell Congress to pass HR 79, HR 1425, and S 744. The U.S. House has the power to investigate and defund the WHO.

The broad language in the proposed amendments will give the WHO authority over anything, from families with more than a certain number of children to unvaccinated people, to the number of or kinds of cars you own or how many miles you drive, to abortion access, and much more.
