The Soul of America is at Stake...

Oct 21, 2023

Democrats are NOT done with their attempts to pass a bill to increase election fraud. With the uncertainty in the U.S. House over the next Speaker, Democrats could take advantage of the situation and pass this election fraud bill.

Rep. Dave Joyce (R-OH) is exploring options to give more powers to Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-NC) instead of electing Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) as Speaker. Doing so would empower Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) to protect the Biden agenda, ensuring Democrat control until at least 2025.

Democrats will exploit this leadership vacuum to pass the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act of 2023 (HR 14).

We must fight for election integrity before it’s too late. Send your urgent fax to members of the House and Senate to demand that legislators uphold election integrity and vote against ALL efforts to make election fraud permanent and protected! — Your Faith & Liberty team

The most recent version of HR 14 claims the following:

A violation ... is established when a State or political subdivision enacts or seeks to administer any qualification or prerequisite to voting or standard, practice, or procedure with respect to voting in any election that has the purpose of or will have the effect of diminishing the ability of any citizens of the United States on account of race or color, or in contravention of the guarantees set forth in section 4(f)(2), to participate in the electoral process or elect their preferred candidates of choice.

This is so broad that it can be used to do away with absolutely every aspect of election integrity. Photo ID? Gone. Preregistering to vote? Gone. Voting in your own precinct? Outdated. And even though this claims to only apply to U.S. citizens, the language of this bill will remove any mechanism that could have the ability to catch illegal immigrants before they vote by simply calling such a standard “racist” and eliminating it!

HR 14 will take control of an entire state, and every single precinct inside it, if there are just “three or more voting rights violations occurring in the State during the previous 25 calendar years.”

This bill would throw open the door for biased employees at the local or federal level to cast off every single vestige of election integrity and run an election with zero oversight.

Under the bill, a complaint could be raised against a white poll watcher in a predominantly minority district. The poll watcher could be removed. This bill will give cheaters a blank slate to remove every protection of the ballot.

During one of the hearings for these bills, the ACLU was the first to testify pushing for a nationwide “preclearance” that would destroy fair elections and place even the most insignificant decision under the control of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

The DOJ career employees would have TOTAL AND COMPLETE CONTROL over every change of personnel, procedures — and even whether a city can annex property. In the past, there was a situation where the DOJ objected to a city annexing a small portion of property because it would add TWO WHITE VOTERS to the precinct! This is blatant racism, and it signals the level of control and manipulation that these radical feds want to have over your local precinct.

DOJ whistleblowers exposed the close working relationship the DOJ voting rights division has with groups like the ACLU, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and even the violent and radical group La Raza. Preclearance would put these groups in charge of all future elections. And don’t forget George Soros and Mark Zuckerberg.

This is a war raging over the survival of America. We MUST repeatedly tell members of Congress to STOP THE BILLS THAT WILL LEGALIZE ELECTION FRAUD.

Maureen Riordan, a former DOJ employee and whistleblower, already exposed massive abuse present within the DOJ. “I was shocked when I personally observed voting section [DOJ] staff discussing strategies, faxing and receiving information from DNC (Democratic National Committee) operatives in Florida."

“The voting section has a long record of abuse by its attorneys for improper collaboration. … It’s been sanctioned by courts. Between 1992 and 2000, the voting section has been sanctioned over 2 million dollars!” Riordan shared. In Johnson v. Miller, she said the court found “collusive misconduct by DOJ attorneys with the ACLU.” The court found the relationship between the DOJ and ACLU “disturbing … peers working together against the jurisdiction that made the submission.”

“I have also witnessed twisted racialism ... [in the DOJ that] includes the abuse of an African-American paralegal deemed ‘not black enough’ by voting staff.” The DOJ cannot even police its own employees from the blatant racism that would never be allowed in the precincts they want to control.

It is grossly unacceptable to suggest that the DOJ — with a history of blatant disregard of our election laws, shameless abandonment of any reasonable standard of fairness, and flagrant racism and corruption — would have complete and total control over our elections! If the DOJ and ACLU control elections, they control America! And they control us ...
