One month from today marks the 20th anniversary of the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act. This horrific practice was actually cruel infanticide. But the baby killers, supported in large part by Planned Parenthood, have slid a measure into an upcoming bill that would overturn that ban and make partial birth abortion legal once more, even as it makes EVERY abortion a federal RIGHT.

Wade era, and legalize partial birth abortion, forcing doctors and hospitals to participate in infanticide. Twenty years ago, Congress passed the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act. A partial birth abortion is when an abortionist —

(1) deliberately and intentionally vaginally delivers a living fetus until, in the case of a head-first presentation, the entire fetal head is outside the mother's body, or, in the case of a breech presentation, any part of the fetal trunk past the navel is outside the mother's body; and

(2) performs the overt act, other than completion of delivery, that kills the partially delivered living fetus.

Don’t let the baby killers make abortion a “federal right.” Demand Congress VOTE NO on HR 15!

The most common method of killing the partially birthed child was to allow all of the baby’s body to be birthed from the mother except the child’s head. While the child’s head was still in the womb, the doctor would insert scissors or a similar sharp instrument into the mother’s womb, either severing the baby’s spinal cord at the nape of the neck (as baby-feet-collecting serial killer Dr. Kermit Gosnell did in his West Philadelphia killing factory) or jabbing the sharp objects through the nape of the child’s neck and into the brain before finishing the delivery of the newly deceased baby.

One day after the bill’s passage, on November 6, 2003, the 18 U.S. Federal Code Sub Section 1531 went into effect, stating that:

Any physician who, in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, knowingly performs a partial-birth abortion and thereby kills a human fetus shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.

This horrific practice has been banned for 20 years. Praise God that the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson on June 24, 2022, overturned five decades of bloodshed wrought by Roe v. Wade.

But if the proponents of HR 15 get their way, EVERY abortion, including partial birth abortion, will be federally protected, legalized, and forced upon all 50 states whether U.S. citizens like it or not.

That’s because the proponents of the LGBTQ- and Planned Parenthood-led HR 15 “Equality Act” added language that legalizes EVERY abortion, including the partial birth abortion/infanticide procedures Gosnell favored.

Worse yet, any doctor or hospital who refuses to perform an abortion will be penalized for refusing to murder an unborn child.

That’s because HR 15 orders changes to Section 1101 of Title XI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, making ALL abortion a federal right.

If HR 15 passes, it will undo all the work we and others in the pro-life movement have accomplished to save the unborn.

The bill’s language states that it applies to “pregnancy, childbirth or a related medical condition. ” Treatment for pregnancy or childbirth requires “treatment” to abort the child. Every state law will be preempted. No parental notice or consent, no informed consent — no restrictions whatsoever on abortion from fertilization to birth.

But it gets worse! Section 1107 of HR 15 states, “The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (42 U.S.C. 2000bb et seq.) shall not provide a claim concerning, or a defense to a claim under, a covered title, or provide a basis for challenging the application or enforcement of a covered title.”

ALL hospitals, medical providers, pharmacists, employers, and insurance companies will be forced to participate in abortion.

And the Equality Act revokes the Religious Freedom Restoration Act!

There is NOTHING EQUAL about eliminating a helpless life and revoking religious freedom for all.

In the spirit of Ephesians 6:11, I encourage you, “Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.” Pray the murderous HR 15 never passes Congress and DO YOUR PART to ensure abortion, especially partial birth abortion, NEVER becomes a federal right by faxing Congress NOW.

In legal news, the Supreme Court declined to review the civil case against Sandra Merritt, the brave undercover journalist who exposed Planned Parenthood executives bragging about their “baby body parts” scheme.

However, the criminal trial instigated by then-California Attorneys General Kamala Harris (now vice president of the United States) and Xavier Becerra (now U.S. secretary of Health and Human Services) against Sandra Merritt for her truthful undercover journalism begins next month.

Sandra faces years in prison for exposing Planned Parenthood’s crimes.
