The president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, Neel Kashkari, has a critical question for those pushing a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC).

“Why?”

“I keep asking anybody … what problem this [CBDC] is solving.” And so far, this financial expert has not found an answer. There is a huge risk CBDC will give the government complete and total control over your finances. In fact, that is a certainty if CBDC becomes a reality.

But that is not slowing down the globalists. Russia is launching a trial of CBDC this week with 13 banks already on board. The United Kingdom is moving to the next phase. Canada’s CBDC is already operational. Banco de México is planning to have CBDC in full circulation. This government-controlled money is breathing down our necks, and Joe Biden wants to rush the CBDC. Some federal agencies are already hiring staff.

A Republican member of Congress made some explosive comments about Joe Biden’s forthcoming plans to turn your “money into a tool for coercion and control.” Biden is following China’s lead. This has led him to a CBDC, a programmable digital currency.

CBDCs will put Team Biden in charge of your bank account — and ultimately, in charge of YOU! Not only has Biden issued an executive order pushing this, but now the administrative state under Biden’s direction is also working on a CBDC, as are foreign powers.

Of all the things CBDC includes … none of them are good for freedom. It allows the government to monitor every transaction — and block any purchases it doesn’t like. It enables the government to launch what is called a “negative interest rate,” which charges people for either saving money or working hard!

In addition, the government can instantly levy a tax on anyone in a certain category, and you don’t have to give consent.

The government can also use CBDC to go a step further and freeze all your accounts. Beyond that, it can erase everything in your account.

“Why would the American people be for that?” Kashkari asked.

It turns out that the Federal Reserve Banks of San Francisco, Boston, and Cleveland are all currently advertising jobs for software coders and architects to program a CBDC cryptocurrency.

Meanwhile, the Boston Fed has just completed what it calls “Project Hamilton,” named for Alexander Hamilton who proposed the first National Bank of the United States to ensure federal control of the post-Revolutionary states.

And the New York Federal Reserve has been working closely with the Monetary Authority of Singapore in the development of a CBDC, as well.

“Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) corrupts money into a tool for coercion and control,” warns Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH).

As a former U.S. Army Special Operations soldier, now serving in Congress with the Freedom Caucus and the Republican Study Committee, Davidson has a long history of vigilance in protecting Americans from governmental overreach. That includes Joe Biden’s latest scheme for a new financial surveillance system to be deployed against all Americans.

Infuriated, Rep. Davidson and others have taken to social media to denounce this clear move by the Biden administration toward financial tyranny.

“Money should not be programmable by a central authority,” Davidson says. “Money should be a stable store of value and an efficient means of exchange, not a tool for surveillance, coercion, and control.”

CBDCs are ALL about CONTROL ...

As Communist China has already shown with its Central Bank Digital Currency, the digital yuan, CBDCs put the government in charge of every cent you make or spend. Because the “currencies” are digital and programmable, with the press of a button, the government can instantly prevent you from spending money on things they don’t like — like everything from “Big Gulp” sodas to plastic straws, large boxes of movie popcorn, gas-powered vehicles, or even contributions to Christian organizations like ours.

“If governments and central banks control the creation, distribution, and exchange of virtual money, whatever remains of free markets will disappear,” says Gatestone Institute’s J.B. Shurk.

Shurk notes that CBDCs allow the government to control the creation, distribution, and exchange of all currency, which is the death knell of free markets and private property rights.

Three bills are now moving through Congress that seek to STOP Joe Biden’s sickening attempt to implement Communist China’s financial surveillance in our country.

It’s time to demand that Congress PROTECT the AMERICAN PEOPLE by voting YES on HR 1122, HR 3712, & S 887.

Joe Biden already tried to get into your bank accounts. In October 2021, Biden demanded that the U.S. government be allowed to spy on any bank account that transacts more than 600 dollars in any given year. Thankfully, a massive outcry from citizens and Congress put a stop to Biden’s plans.
