The Biden administration is pressuring Congress to pass HR 15, the misnamed “Equality Act.” In the administration’s words, HR 15 provides “civil rights protections for LGBTQIA+ Americans.” The alphabet keeps growing, but we know there is one “H” that will never be included.

If Congress passes this insidious bill, it will put our most vulnerable citizens — our children — under the daily guidance of pedophiles, transvestites, and those promoting the LGBTQ agenda … right in their classrooms.

All 212 Democrats in the U.S. House have signed on to sponsor HR 15. If only a few Republican members of the House sign on, this radical bill will pass even over the objection of the Speaker of the House.

The so-called HR 15 “Equality Act” bill currently before Congress expands Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by adding sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity to the list of protected categories. Title VI applies to “any program or activity that receives Federal funds or other Federal financial assistance.”

What does this mean for our kids? It means that every public school will be covered by the reach of HR 15, including private colleges and universities that accept student financial aid.

It means the unchecked desires of the gender-confused, sexually deviant and all 550 sexual paraphilias encompassed by the letter “Q” will take precedence over the rights of our most vulnerable — our children — to be safe, especially in their classrooms.

If passed, HR 15 will prohibit the “discrimination” of any person on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity, tying the hands of any school that accepts even one federal dollar — directly or indirectly — through student loans. So, if a biological male kindergarten teacher wants to teach while wearing a ball gown with clownish makeup, the school would have to allow it. If a “minor-attracted person” (the new Orwellian word for “pedophile”) wants to work around elementary girls and groom them, the school must allow him.

If boys want to use the girls’ restrooms or locker rooms, the school must allow it. Boys would have the “right” to invade the domain of girls’ sports, and even demand to sleep in the same hotel room on overnight school trips.

The passage of the “Equality Act” will affect every aspect of our schoolchildren’s education, from teachers to curriculum, and from extracurricular clubs to sports.

Already, we receive many reports from parents whose daughters are afraid to use the restroom for fear of encountering boys. HR 15 will make this much worse.

“Lia Thomas,” a biological male who “identifies” as female, joined the University of Pennsylvania’s women’s swim team in 2021 and became the National Division 1 “women’s” champion in 2022.

Women’s sports advocate and former collegiate swimmer Riley Gaines made headlines calling out the NCAA for allowing Thomas into the female athletes’ locker room.

"We did not give our consent, they did not ask for our consent, but in that locker room, we turn around and there's a 6'4" biological man dropping his pants and watching us undress, and we're exposed to male genitalia," Gaines said.

Now picture an innocent girl sharing a bathroom with a “minor-attracted” guidance counselor or a boy. The Equality Act demands that everyone be “treated consistent with their gender identity, including when accessing locker rooms and restroom facilities.” If you think it, you can be it, and HR 15 will demand everyone play along with this deadly game.

If a teacher declares it to be “gender opposite day,” your boy could be forced to wear a dress. If your middle school daughter refuses to use wrong pronouns for a classmate, she could be sent home for bullying. Democrats and the Biden administration want you to think the Equality Act makes things “fair” for all Americans. In reality, it elevates sexual deviancy and mental confusion for all of us.

We actually had a case of an elementary teacher in Madison, Wisconsin, who sent the K-5 children a video telling the youngsters to no longer refer to him as "Mr." From henceforth, they must refer to him as "Mx." because he is "neither male nor female." He says he is "both, and sometimes neither."

If "Mx. Steele," taught your children in school, HR 15 would give him the legal right to do what he did in this public school.

The "Equality Act" will force schools — pre-K through college — to submit to these egregious scenarios — and more.

Not only will churches and religious schools face costly lawsuits, but they could also lose tax exemption, and schools could lose accreditation. For most colleges and universities, loss of accreditation is a death sentence.

Time is short and every vote in Congress counts. Protect our children!
