This week the World Health Organization (WHO) is holding a four-day meeting where WHO officials hope to finalize the “Pandemic Treaty” to gain complete control over every aspect of your health ahead of the World Health Assembly, which will be held in just a few weeks. If the WHO is not stopped, this power grab could become reality with a legally binding global treaty.

It will be very easy for globalists to slip this through with the approval of no more than two people in America — Joe Biden and U.S. Negotiator for the Pandemic Accord Pamela K. Hamamoto.

That is unless we wake up Congress and demand that patriots and legislators do not abandon our freedoms and must enforce the constitutional requirement. All treaties should receive 2/3 of U.S. Senate approval — but this has been ignored before. We must urge Congress to stop this power grab!

Joe Biden learned how to skirt Congress from Barack Obama, who unilaterally signed America on to the Paris Agreement — which is a treaty, according to the U.N.’s website. Obama simply called this treaty an “agreement” or an “accord,” and ignored the Constitution and the will of the people.

Now Biden is using this same playbook for the WHO. This is significantly different from anything the WHO has done before.

We want to explain how this global power grab is possible.

In 1992, former President George H.W. Bush signed America on to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). As required by the Constitution, the U.S. Senate did ratify that treaty.

Then in 2015, former President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden signed America on to the United Nations’ “Paris Agreement” or “Paris Accord,” as it is sometimes called.  

The 2015 Paris Accord was, in fact, a brand-new treaty that rightfully should have required a 2/3 majority of the Senate to pass. However, the Obama/Biden administration claimed that since George H.W. Bush had already signed us on to the earlier U.N. climate agreement, which the Senate approved at that time, Obama was authorized to sign America onto the Paris Agreement.  

Such an idea is absurd. The Paris “Agreement” was dramatically different than the U.N. Climate Treaty signed 23 years earlier, but having to follow the law or the Constitution never seemed to stop either Obama or Biden.  

Notice that Obama/Biden used the word “accord” or “agreement” instead of “treaty.” But the U.N. calls it a “treaty,” which is binding on the signatory nations, including the United States.

As of this week’s writing, the United Nations’ official Paris “Agreement” webpage now openly boasts that it was, in fact, a “treaty.” And despite Obama/Biden’s 2015 claims to the contrary, the Paris TREATY is, in fact, “legally binding.”

Former President Trump was able to dismantle the Obama/Biden ruse by withdrawing the U.S. from the Paris Agreement. And he was constitutionally correct in doing so because the Senate had never ratified that treaty.

But the very day Joe Biden occupied the Oval Office, on January 20, 2021, he signed America back onto the Paris Accord … without receiving Senate approval, of course.

Now Joe Biden is trying to pull the very same trick all over again with the WHO treaty.

Don’t let Joe Biden cede American sovereignty to the WHO!

What the WHO is trying to do through this “Pandemic Treaty” is truly shocking. 

• The WHO wants to control us: Three separate times the WHO attempts to assert its desire to gain additional authority by usurping the sovereignty of the member nations.
• Some nations are “more equal than others” to quote George Orwell: Each nation would receive only one vote, and all nations would be under the control of the WHO, but some nations (like the U.S.) are required to pay and provide more resources than others.
• The WHO will control all global pandemic supply chains and networks: The WHO would be empowered to determine, control, and direct the global supply of pharmaceutical products, and all nations would be legally obligated to obey their dictates.
• Put under-tested drugs on the market: Nations would be obligated to put lives at risk by decreasing the time required to test new drugs prior to approval.
• Encourages risky “gain-of-function" research that likely developed COVID: Nations would be encouraged to engage in "innovative research and development for addressing novel pathogens" and prove that regulatory standards "do NOT create any unnecessary administrative hurdles for research."  
• And much more!
