The World Health Organization (WHO) plans to reduce or ban guns, knives, and bug spray as part of its acquiescence to its mega-funder, Bill Gates, and his draconian global vision for our future. Joe Biden is about to help them achieve global power.

Unless members of Congress wake up and scream at the top of their lungs, Joe Biden is about to sign a treaty without first getting 2/3 Senate approval, as required by the Constitution.

When is a treaty, not a treaty? Biden thinks if he simply calls this treaty an “agreement” or an “accord,” he can ignore the Constitution, the will of the people and enforce mega-billionaire Bill Gates’ crazy ideas on all of us. He learned how to skirt Congress from Barack Obama, who unilaterally signed America on to the Paris Agreement — which is a treaty, according to the U.N.’s website.

When Barack Obama signed the Paris Accord in 2015, we were told the document was not a treaty, but rather an “agreement,” and as such, it would not change U.S. law, nor would it require Senate approval. We were told that because Obama could not have secured the 2/3 Senate vote he needed.

Fast-forward to 2023, and the very first slide on the United Nations’ Paris Accord website brags that the so-called “agreement” is, in fact, a “legally binding, International Treaty under the UNFCCC.”

And the U.S. is listed as one of the supporting nations.

In other words, if any signatory country, including America, were to violate the terms of the agreement, that country can be held accountable under international law.

Donald Trump gave notice to remove America from the Paris Accord, but on Joe Biden’s day one — January 20, 2021 — he signed America back on this global “climate change” treaty.

Joe Biden is hoping that Congress is asleep at the wheel, so that whatever he signs us onto now WILL supersede U.S. law, forcing lawmakers to change our laws to match the “agreement.”

Former President George H.W. Bush signed America onto the 1992 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). As required by the Constitution, the U.S. Senate did ratify that treaty.

In 2015, former President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden signed America onto the United Nations’ “Paris Agreement” or “Paris Accord,” as it is sometimes called. Notice that Obama/Biden used the word “accord” instead of “treaty.” But the U.N. calls it a “treaty,” which is binding on the signatory nations, including the United States.

The 2015 Paris Accord was, in fact, a brand-new treaty that rightfully should have required a 2/3 majority of the Senate to pass. However, the Obama/Biden administration claimed that since George H.W. Bush had already signed us onto the earlier U.N. climate agreement, which the Senate approved at that time, Obama was authorized to sign America onto the Paris Accord.

Such an idea is baloney — legally speaking. The Paris “Accord” was dramatically different than the U.N. Climate Treaty signed 23 years earlier, but being obliged to comport with the law never seemed to stop either Obama or Biden.

As of today’s writing, the United Nations’ official Paris “Accord” webpage now openly boasts that it was, in fact, a “treaty.” And despite Obama/Biden’s 2015 claims to the contrary, the Paris TREATY is, in fact, “legally binding.”

Former President Trump was able to dismantle the Obama/Biden ruse by withdrawing the U.S. from the Paris Accord. And he was constitutionally correct in doing so because the Senate had never ratified that treaty.

But the very day Joe Biden occupied the Oval Office, on January 20, 2021, he signed America back onto the Paris Accord … without receiving Senate approval, of course.

Now Joe Biden is trying to pull the very same trick all over again with the WHO treaty.

Just like the Paris Accord, the WHO’s new International Health Regulations (IHR) amendments will be legally binding. If Joe Biden signs this accord, America will be forced, under international law, to abide by every detail. And the WHO will oversee our borders, medicine, travel, and yes, even our guns.

On its website under “Public Health Approach to Gun Violence Prevention,” the WHO claims that “Gun violence is a public health epidemic.” As such, the WHO seeks to “outline a public health approach to violence prevention” and to “ensure widespread adoption” of the policies it would develop, including tracking every gun owner and purchaser in the world with an eye toward eliminating guns and knives (emphasis added).

Now the International Standards Organization (ISO) has partnered with the WHO to do the globalist agency’s bidding on guns. The ISO launched a dedicated code for gun retailers. Next month, Discover Financial Services will begin using that code to collect data on every gun purchased using a Discover card.

Congress must wake up NOW to the danger Joe Biden and the WHO are conjuring up for America. Please fax Congress NOW and demand they STOP Joe Biden’s planned WHO takeover of America!
