Democrats are working to slam an extreme abortion bill through the U.S. Senate that would be MUCH more radically pro-death than Roe v. Wade. Similar bills have had 48 Democrat co-sponsors. Two pro-abortion Republicans in the Senate have co-sponsored another pro-abortion bill. If these groups combine forces with Bob Casey Jr. (D-PA), who already wanted to abolish the filibuster, we could see the destruction of the 60-vote filibuster with the passage of one of these bills. This would usher in an endless nightmare where unfettered access to abortion on demand all nine months of pregnancy … would be just the beginning!

We’ll share below exactly what’s in this insane bill. This vote in the Senate could erase all efforts to protect innocent human life!

Reports say this bill could be on the floor as early as Wednesday! We have fought hard to get to the cusp of overturning Roe v. Wade, but if passed, this bill will erase every state restriction pro-life advocates have fought for in the last 50 years.

This bill is the Women’s Health Protection Act of 2022 (S 4132). It is emphatically more radical than Roe v. Wade. Democrats have already read the bill twice this week and have scheduled it for a vote soon. This bill erases all of the following state or federal laws and requirements:

• Ultrasound requirements.

• Waiting periods.

• Informed consent.

• Admitting privileges mandates for abortionists to provide continuing care to a mother after a botched abortion.

• Parental involvement (notification and consent). Minors will have unfettered abortion access.

The bill also:

• Throws open the door to chemical abortions via Skype or Zoom.

• Bans any “prohibition or restriction on a particular abortion procedure” prior to “fetal viability.” This permits the gruesome “partial-birth abortion” procedure where a baby is pulled out breech with only the head in the uterus while the base of its skull is punctured, and the brains are sucked out—all while the baby is still alive.

• Throws out every other restriction you can imagine by stating access to abortion “shall not be limited or otherwise infringed.”

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, by using Rule XIV, can bring this bill to the Senate floor at any moment. He is rushing because his party fears the upcoming ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court.

On the cusp of a massive Supreme Court victory for life, we cannot let this bill pass and erase 50 years of work. This is a real threat and we need to respond. Send faxes to as many senators as possible to demand they block this deadly bill.

This abortion bill will remove immunity from states and individuals.

In addition to enabling the attorney general to sue to enforce the bill, it allows individuals, medical professionals, hospitals and government officials to bring litigation for any “violations” of the bill.

In addition, these private enforcers of the bill will be protected even if they file frivolous lawsuits targeting pro-lifers. They cannot be held financially liable no matter how outrageous the lawsuit.

But even that wasn’t enough. Remember the battles over stripping police of “qualified immunity” when fulfilling the duties of their role? Now this bill will strip qualified immunity from any government employee who takes action to not enforce this bill, making them personally liable.

What is even more telling is what is NOT in this bill.

What is missing is the bill's dead silence about any religious freedom for hospitals, crisis pregnancy centers or health care workers who refuse to perform an abortion. Not a word.

We CANNOT let this bill pass.

The toll it will take on our nation is incalculable. Children cannot fight for themselves. They need heroes to speak up for them. Sen. Schumer will first try to pass this abortion bill. If he does not get the votes, he will move to abolish the 60-vote filibuster rule. The result would be disastrous.

When the filibuster was eliminated for nominees and budget-related bills (2013 and 2017), it took only 51 votes to “establish a new interpretation” of the Senate filibuster rule. This is called the “nuclear option.”

There are 50 pro-abortion senators in Congress, which includes two Republicans. Plus, if the filibuster is removed, the abortion bill will pass along with a flood of other horrible bills. These include the “Equality Act” (HR 1), the election fraud bill (HR 4), Build Back Better (BBB) and every other insanely radical destructive piece of legislation!

Our nation is tottering on a knife’s edge right now. We must fight for these precious children and for the future of our nation. Send faxes right away to block this bill, protect the filibuster and give these children a chance to grow up, laugh, play and learn.
