Transforming lives with Good News in the Nation’s Capital
Jan 31, 2022
After an exhausting but extremely productive week last week, your missionary team at Faith & Liberty is again actively preparing for upcoming ministry opportunities on Capitol Hill.
As you will see below, we are planning now for a major International Religious Freedom conference as well as the 2022 U.S. Capitol Bible Reading Marathon. Our Bible studies continue in full force and our prophetic outreach to our nation’s leaders happens daily. In every branch of government, our team is busy bringing the Word of God to bear on the hearts and minds of our public policy makers.
Of course, everything we do here, whether our pro-life activities, our efforts to defend the family, as God defines it, or our work to defend religious liberty, happens only because of the prayerful and generous support of wonderful friends like you.
Thank you for standing with Faith & Liberty. You're a blessing!
Peggy Nienaber, Vice President

MONDAY RECAP
COMING SOON
Our prophetic missionary work in Washington, D.C., continues during this critical time in history. CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT YOUR PRAYER REQUEST.
We must all stay tuned in to what is happening in our nation’s capital. To stay informed on issues in Washington (e.g., “John Lewis Act,” “For the People Act,” “Freedom to Vote Act” and “Equality Act”) and do your part as a citizen and a Christian, look Faith & Liberty's ACTION emails throughout the week.
PRAYER CONCERNS
We add to our praises from last week because even more Capitol Hill staffers at King’s Church D.C. (which is active with us in ministry) have responded to the gospel and have given their lives to Christ. We join with the angels in rejoicing for these salvations!
We expect victory in our Supreme Court case concerning the Christian flag. Our chairman, Mat Staver, presented before the Court on January 18, and we must pray until the Court announces its ruling, likely in May or June. Pray that victory would be secured for Camp Constitution, which was denied flying the Christian flag by the City of Boston, and for all Christians in this “land of the free.”
The new restrictions recently put in place by the mayor of Washington, D.C., have added some challenges to life and ministry here. As we engage in ministry activities and events, pray for the Faith & Liberty team to know how to best work under these restrictions and that they would be lifted soon.
Our efforts to bring the Word of God to bear on the hearts and minds of our public policy makers are only possible because wonderful friends like you stand with us both in prayer and in your generous financial support! Thank you!
