“Build Back Better is going to pass … obviously. It will be changed, but that’s the legislative process,” U.S. House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) just publicly predicted. NOT SO FAST, STENY!

Rep. Hoyer might be right—if we stay silent. However, we have stopped the Build Back Better Act (BBB) before, and we believe we can stop it again. Below, we’ll explain which provisions Hoyer is referring to in his statement. Nothing is good in the BBB!

The Democrat Party is split. One faction is demanding to push forward with the whole BBB Act as it stands. This bill will grant illegal immigrants welfare, prioritize education benefits for "non-English speaking” children over English-speaking American children and give illegals the documentation necessary for them to travel in and out of the country and work. It will also grant illegals temporary amnesty and everything they need to register to vote!

This faction wants to keep these radical provisions in the bill. However, the Senate parliamentarian has deemed that the illegal immigrant portions of this bill are too far removed from budget measures to qualify for the 51-vote threshold.

The other faction wants to remove these provisions to pass the BBB under a budget rule with only 51 votes.

This would be disastrous!

This bill can be stopped IF we continue to demand key members of the Senate vote “NO!” on BBB. We can hold all the Republicans. We need at least one Democrat senator to say NO! Send all of them your urgent faxes today.

At least four senators are in vulnerable Senate seats with elections later this year. These legislators are becoming increasingly sensitive to the voices of voters. If we are loud in our opposition to the BBB, we will have increasing ability to impact their vote on this socialist bill.

For example, Biden only “won” Arizona by about 14,000 votes. Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly barely got 51% of the vote. This is a razor-thin margin, and Sen. Kelly knows it. Since then, the state legislature passed election reform provisions to strengthen Arizona’s election process.

• Colorado Senator Michael Bennet managed a win with only 50%.

• Georgia Senator Raphael Warnock had a victory with just 51% with significant election reforms passed since that election.

• Nevada Senator Catherine Cortez Masto had only a 2.4% margin of victory with the support of just 47% of total voters.

Pushing the radical BBB provisions puts all these senators in the hot seat in an election year. We want you to know you have a powerful voice … if you choose to use it! This year, these senators are paying close attention to the people they are in office to serve.

Their current plan to pass the BBB ...

Democrats may break up the BBB into separate provisions that each have support from 50 senators. Hoyer boasted, “The overwhelming majority of that piece of legislation is supported by 50 Democratic United States senators, and they’ve said so.”

Democrats are naming three provisions they believe can pass. First is the government indoctrination of children starting at age 3, which also requires daycare teachers to have a college degree.

Second, Hoyer says they want to increase socialized medicine by expanding Obamacare, which comes with a bankrupting price tag for America.

Finally, Democrats want to spend 10 billion dollars to create a militarized squad demanding climate change programs. The climate change provision will result in mandates about how many miles you can drive your vehicle and expand the federal government’s reach into every area of our lives. Think of AOC’s “Green New Deal.”

This bill and each of its provisions must be stopped. Make your voice heard by every possible senator with your critical faxes today.
