With a clear sense of urgency, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is pushing his colleagues to pass yet another iteration of an election fraud bill.

This week there is frantic scrambling to debate and vote on this bill on Capitol Hill. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) has signaled his support for many of the provisions in this bill, and Democrats are putting incredible pressure on him and other senators now.

Nineteen states passed 34 new election reform laws. Every one of these hard-fought victories across America will be erased if this federal bill passes. This bill will attack them all.

Last week, the U.S. House gutted an unrelated bill (HR 5746), replaced its contents with a combination of all the most dangerous election fraud provisions, then passed it on to the U.S. Senate. Democrats claim that America needs this bill; however, in reality, their party needs it. This bill pulls the worst from both the "John Lewis Voting Rights Act" (JL Act) and the "For the People Act" (HR 1) to stop "voter suppression."

But for all the sound and fury from the fake news media about voter suppression--even when Democrats were in control for eight years (2009-2017)--there were only five cases of alleged voter suppression across all of America.

If there were only one election per year in the more than 200,000 voter locations during this eight-year period, that amounts to more than 1.6 million voter locations.

In other words, at least 99.9997% of the voter locations had zero evidence of the supposed "voter suppression" the Democrats are howling so loudly about!

Democrats are grasping at nothing more than a brazen excuse to oppose election integrity. Make your voice heard today before it's too late by sending your fax to Congress.

However, for Democrats, voter suppression is a one-way street.

In the Obama vs. McCain election, shocking video captured Black Panther members standing outside a Pennsylvania precinct, one brandishing a nightstick and slapping it menacingly into his hand. When a white voter walked up to the precinct, the two men closed ranks to intimidate him.

Media confirmed from several sources that one of the men said, "A black man is going to win this election no matter what," referring to Obama.

The Department of Justice under Bush had started investigating the case, and the DOJ had basically won, but then Obama's radical DOJ abruptly dismissed the case and walked away. This dismissal was orchestrated by one of the top three most powerful leaders in the DOJ! This was real voter suppression, but for entrenched bureaucrats in the DOJ, this kind of voter intimidation is OK.

In sheer frustration, Rep. Frank R. Wolf (R-VA) demanded, "If showing a weapon, making threatening statements and wearing paramilitary uniforms in front of polling station doors does not constitute voter intimidation, at what threshold of activity would these laws be enforceable?"

This blatant double standard already is coming out of the DOJ. However, that is the one unelected government department in which this new bill will place the DOJ in total and complete authority of all future elections!

The Democrats are fine suppressing the vote for their agenda, and that is exactly why they want to give preclearance super-authority to the DOJ to selectively do just that under this bill. We must flood their desks with faxes and petitions to demand they say NO to legalizing election fraud!

Ranking member Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) accused Democrats of "weaponizing the DOJ" to fight something that isn't even a problem!

Colorado and New York both have stronger voter requirements than Georgia's new law. Yet, according to Rep. Johnson, because both are states are run by Democrats, the DOJ is not suing them.

However, the swing state of Georgia is facing a federal lawsuit against its efforts to strengthen election integrity. This lawsuit carries the full weight of our national government and is being paid for by our tax dollars!

Preclearance will give the Deep State Biden DOJ absolute power to control every minutia of every election. This is key to their overall socialist, anti-America agenda.

If this bill passes, your vote will be meaningless. It must be stopped NOW! Send your urgent fax immediately to demand that the election fraud bills be stopped.

With the House recently gutting an unrelated bill and combining For the People Act and the JL Act, I want to remind you that this is exactly how the Democrats passed Obamacare. We must continue fighting back.
