Transforming lives with Good News in the Nation’s Capital

Now is a critical moment. Four Republican senators just signaled their weakness on election fraud bills. Maine’s Republican senator, Susan Collins, hosted a conference call, and six more senators joined her from both sides of the aisle. Our concern is not partisan—it is on maintaining our constitutional integrity as a nation and preserving our fundamental freedoms, including our religious freedom.
This was 48 hours after Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) sent an attack letter to every U.S. senator this week labeling the filibuster as an “arcane” rule that must be sacrificed to pass his pet election fraud bills.
Democrats are pushing hard; a few Republicans are showing cracks in their armor.
It’s up to all of us working together to stop these senators from destroying future elections. We must block them from destroying our nation through election fraud. We must stop these bills in the Senate! Send your urgent faxes to senators and demand election fraud be stopped before they destroy our nation. — Mat
Sen. Collins organized a call Wednesday to discuss changing our election laws. There was a “‘strong determination’ among the group that there must be action,” reported one outlet.
Collins was joined by three Republicans: Sens. Mitt Romney (UT), Roger Wicker (MS) and Thom Tillis (NC). Three Democrats also joined her call: Sens. Joe Manchin (WV), Jeanne Shaheen (NH) and Kyrsten Sinema (AZ).
These seven senators could quickly and easily undermine our election system. They can use the budget process to pass the election fraud bills—or destroy the filibuster, a key part of our nation’s government—within just hours of their decision to do so.
We cannot let them!
Together, we have successfully fought these bills for more than a year! We stopped blatant efforts to enable election fraud. But we cannot give up now. It takes just one moment of distraction for the Senate to pass these bills even by a voice vote in the wee hours of the morning. These bills will open the floodgates for fraud like we have never seen before. Stop these bills right away. Click here or the button below to send your faxes to key senators.
Senate Leader Schumer claims his desire to destroy the filibuster option to pass election fraud bills will “protect the foundation of our democracy,” however, that is exactly the opposite of what he advocated in 2005 and in 2017 when this idea was also considered.
Then Sen. Schumer railed against it:
“The ideologies in the Senate want to turn what the Founding Fathers called the cooling saucer of democracy into the rubber stamp of dictatorship ... Because they can’t get their way ... they want to make this country into a Banana Republic where if you don’t get your way, you change the rules. Are we going to let them? [Crowd: “No!”] It will be a doomsday for democracy if we do,” Schumer concluded.
Those words are much closer to the truth than the lies Schumer is peddling today. But the battle now goes so much further than just changing the Senate rules; they want to change the rules in your precinct, and in every precinct in America to favor their party!
In 2020, many of us saw firsthand how election integrity can be thwarted. Pennsylvania Democrat election officials refused to allow properly credentialed individuals, including members of our team, to monitor the vote counting. No Republican observer was permitted in the massive room. Government employees kicked out authorized monitors and blocked us from seeing what was happening inside these precincts. They even ignored a state court’s ruling to allow monitors and even a Supreme Court order to segregate late ballots.
Our elections are too lax already. Members of our team also served in Virginia and caught a registrar disobeying the law repeatedly. Any of the bills being pushed by Democrats will make these bad situations SO much worse.
In the wake of this devastating manipulation of our elections, Democrats are wanting to make outright fraud even easier. These bills must be stopped. Send your urgent faxes to the Senate to demand they stop fraud from becoming permanent.
Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) is chairman of the rules committee that is pushing these horrific bills. She went so far as to claim a bill, which hasn’t passed yet, "should be the legacy of that day.”
If the filibuster option is eliminated, not only could Democrats pass election fraud, but they could also pass every piece of legislation on their wish list, the Green New Deal, the “Equality Act” and Build Back Better—the list goes on!
What is terrifying to these Democrats is seeing that their moment of power may be slipping through their fingers.
We just watched the “blue” state of Virginia flip every statewide office and the state House majority. Rather than pointing to this as an example of how an election can be run peacefully and fairly, it appears to further motivate their power-crazed lurch for federal control of our elections.
Now is the moment to act to preserve election integrity.
