A new wave of requests for help began late last week. Under Joe Biden’s new COVID OSHA rule, all private and religious employers with 100+ people are being conscripted to be federal enforcers of Biden’s shot mandate. The deadline to get the shots is January 4 with masking and weekly testing beginning December 5.
Private and religious employers are flooding our offices with calls and emails asking for help because this tyrannical mandate is attempting to force private and religious employers to become Biden’s federal enforcers—against their will.

This is a huge attack on our freedom. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued a nearly 500-page rule forcing private and religious employers with 100+ employees to demand workers get the COVID jab or be forced to mask up even after testing negative weekly, all under penalty of severe fines.
Biden’s new rule forces even Christian ministries to obtain and share the vaccine status of anyone who goes to the hospital for COVID as well as the vaccine status of all other employees.
This is a federal overreach to conscript employers to do Biden’s unlawful bidding and to grab the private medical information of around 84 million people. Meanwhile, if anything is intentionally misreported, the employer will be fined up to 14,000 dollars per instance or face “imprisonment of generally up to 5 years.”
Last Friday, a member of our team spoke with the in-house counsel of a large international ministry and Bible college, and we have received requests from pastors of large churches. Every one of these ministries and colleges will come under this tyrannical OSHA rule.
We fought the government overreach when the state mandates tried to control worship. We must not allow Biden to take over these religious and Christian employers!

These jabs are dangerous. One healthy, elite 6-foot-9 high school basketball athlete got his first Pfizer shot so he could attend tournaments to get a college scholarship. Instead, Everest Romney got nine days in the hospital with doctors telling his family he had a 90% chance of dying.
Everest’s symptoms started the night he got the shot. Within 48 hours, his arm and neck were so swollen he couldn’t even lift his head. After fighting with the medical providers, his mom demanded additional tests and found that suddenly there were two large blood clots in his brain and another in his jugular vein. The only thing the family could do was pray the clots wouldn’t move and kill him.
Others have reported the same symptoms immediately after their COVID jab. But the doctors intentionally refused to even consider this as a reaction to the shot. His mom shared if she hadn’t pushed the doctors to find the blood clots, her son would probably be dead today.
But it didn’t stop there for this family. Cherie’s husband, Preston, also had to go to the hospital after his jab. Doctors found “over 100 blood clots in his lungs” and were forced to remove a quarter of his lungs to fight the clots. Preston’s hospitalization happened the weekend after Everest was sent home from the hospital.
Tearfully, Cherie said, “I would beg them to stop vaccinating … I’m lucky my son is still alive; I know there are other children who are not.”
In fact, 18,078 people didn't have the same outcome as Everest or Preston Romney. Unlike this father and son, those thousands of people died after getting these shots. In addition, 856,917 people reported injuries or adverse reactions to the jabs.

OSHA willingly admits it is forcing people into a medical procedure they do not want. OSHA has not had time to assess the impact this rule will have on employers and employees! I can tell you, many employees will rebel if they are forced to either get the shots or wear a mask and pay for weekly testing.
“OSHA expects that, in most instances, an employer implementing a policy that requires all employees to be vaccinated will be the most effective approach for increasing the vaccination rate.” In other words, Biden wants private and religious employers to become his brownshirt enforcers.
Forcing people to comply or starve will backfire … it is never a step on the path to freedom!
This latest mandate is outrageous coming on the eve of the holidays and being imposed on private AND religious employers—indeed even on churches and places of worship!
In the midst of heartbreaking stories and pleas for help, we also receive responses from many people whose religious exemptions were granted.
One person wrote, after following our advice, “I’m honestly quite shocked that I received an approval, I really didn’t think they would … You were and are a beacon of light in a very stormy time. I know this is a small victory in the grand scheme of things, but as you all have said, one step in the process at a time. Thank you for all you are doing for folks like me.”
