For all the sound and fury from the fake news media about voter suppression--even when Democrats were in control for eight years (2009-2017)--there were only five cases of alleged voter suppression in all of America.

If there were only one vote per year in the more than 200,000 voter locations during this eight-year period, that amounts to more than 1.6 million voter locations.

In other words, at least 99.9997% of the voter locations had no evidence of voter suppression.

Democrats say they need the "John Lewis Voting Rights Act" (JL Act) and "preclearance" to stop "voter suppression." But for the Democrats, voter suppression is a one-way street.

In the Obama vs. McCain election, shocking video captured Black Panther members standing outside a Pennsylvania precinct, one brandishing a nightstick and slapping it menacingly into his hand. When a white voter walked up to the precinct, the two men closed ranks to intimidate him.

Media confirmed from several sources that one of the men said, "A black man is going to win this election no matter what."

The DOJ under Bush had started the case and the DOJ had basically won, but then Obama's radical DOJ abruptly dismissed the case. This dismissal was orchestrated by the one of the top three most powerful leaders in the DOJ! This was real voter suppression, but for the Deep State DOJ, this kind of voter intimidation is OK.

In sheer frustration, Rep. Frank R. Wolf (R-VA) asked, "If showing a weapon, making threatening statements and wearing paramilitary uniforms in front of polling station doors does not constitute voter intimidation, at what threshold of activity would these laws be enforceable?"

The Left is fine with suppressing the vote for their agenda, and that is why they want to give preclearance super authority to the DOJ to selectively do just that under the JL Act--which they are now pushing in the House.

Having failed to get enough votes for HR 1 (S 1/S 2093), the House Democrats held a hearing this week to push the JL Act and "preclearance."

We must flood their desks with faxes and petitions to demand they say NO to legalizing election fraud!

Ranking member Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) accused Democrats of "weaponizing the DOJ" to fight against something that isn't even a problem!

Colorado and New York both have stronger voter requirements than Georgia with its new law. Yet, according to Rep. Johnson, because both are liberal-run states, the DOJ is not suing them.

However, the swing state of Georgia is facing a federal lawsuit against its efforts to strengthen election integrity. This lawsuit carries the full weight of our national government and is being paid for by our tax dollars!

Preclearance will give the Deep State Biden DOJ absolute power to control every minutia of every election. This is key to their overall socialist, anti-America agenda.

If this bill passes, your vote will be meaningless. It must be stopped NOW! Send your urgent fax immediately to demand that the JL Act be stopped. This new bill can come up in the House or the Senate, so we must flood both chambers.

The Senate can gut HR 1 and replace it with the JL Act. Remember, this is what the Senate did with Obamacare.

With Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) caving and publicly advocating to put the DOJ in charge of our elections using the JL Act preclearance, Democrats could have 51 votes. While they still will not have 60 votes, they will load up this bill with spending to massively increase the DOJ to manage nationwide preclearance. This new spending will then be used to piggyback on the budget bill--which requires only 51 votes.

We must hold them accountable and demand that every one of the members of Congress stand against these bills. The stakes are high. Even if you have already faxed before, we encourage you to fax again. The path to block this bill is so narrow that we cannot lose even one more senator.

Send your urgent fax to the House and the Senate and demand that the election fraud bills be stopped before they cause irreversible damage to our nation.
