We are tired of double standards. Lady Justice must be blind. But if Democrats pass these election fraud bills, double standards will become codified in our laws through a Department of Justice (DOJ) takeover of our election process.

The "John Lewis Voting Rights Act" (JL Act) being pushed by Sen. Joe Manchin is significantly worse than HR 1! It gives bureaucrats in the DOJ total power to treat precincts that favor Democrats over precincts that favor Republicans!

If passed, this will put election fraud and injustice on steroids. It will give socialists the power to suppress the vote in red precincts and swell the vote in blue precincts.

This sleight of hand by Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) is an intensification of efforts for unprecedented voter fraud. This is a poison pill for our nation! The good news is we think some key senators can still be persuaded against the newest ploy. We can stop the steal if we work hard. Fax the senators to demand that they block the JL Act and the injustice it will push on Americans. — Your Faith & Liberty team

The John Lewis Voting Rights Act (the so-called "compromise") is worse than HR 1. "It's worse than Democrats in Congress grabbing power; its people you never see and aren't accountable" with control over every aspect of our election process, said J. Christian Adams, who worked in the DOJ Voting Rights Division.

If this passes, the DOJ can control how many people are crammed into one precinct. A DOJ employee who supports the ALCU, Southern Poverty Law Center and La Raza can reduce the number of polling places in predominantly red or Republican precincts to decrease the vote—by making it harder to vote.

This Democrat-voting DOJ employee can then increase the polling places or "drop boxes" for mail-in ballots in predominantly blue or Democrat precincts. This will increase the Democrat votes by making voting easier.

We've all seen the red and blue maps of votes within counties, states and the nation. If you want to increase Democrat votes in Pennsylvania, you make voting in Philadelphia easy and decrease votes in red precincts by making voting harder.

And this is just the start of the double standard this bill will empower the DOJ to impose throughout the nation.

The DOJ can control where the precinct lines fall under this bill and reject people by race or other factors from being included in certain precincts.

Under the JL Act, a Deep State DOJ attorney can even change the design and wording of the ballot and overrule local decisions on how the printed ballots appear.

"What they have cooked up is a diabolical architecture that no longer has to do with confederacy or Jim Crow. … They've cooked up a triggering scheme … that brings in states" under this preclearance control, Adams warned. But we have the opportunity to block this now.

This is an urgent and critical battle that affects our future! Fax key legislators to oppose these election fraud bills and demand fair elections.

"It is an insidious, insidious power that is subject to abuse," Adams said. But if this in-your-face double standard were not insidious enough ...

This bill will force you to fund these efforts with your tax dollars under a radicalized DOJ! In essence, it mimics the 2020 election funding from Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg to control key areas in swing states for total Democratic control. This takes the "Zuck Bucks" program for Democrats and blows it up nationwide—only now YOU foot the bill.

In Pennsylvania, there was shocking double standard of ballot drop boxes. Phill Kline, former attorney general of Kansas and director of The Amistad Project, said, "There was one ‘Zuckerbox'—that's what we call them—for every four square miles [in Democrat areas]. That's two miles by two miles square, … [but] in the 59 counties that President Trump won in 2016, there was a drop box for every 1,159 square miles."

Deep State DOJ career employees want this power to be so expansive that they even tried to place county budgets under their thumbs through preclearance! We saw this in Alabama. One county had to litigate all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court to wrest control over their own budget from the DOJ, but only after huge effort and expensive litigation.

Under this expansive preclearance bill, the DOJ could also argue that state laws restricting abortion, laws banning boys in girls' sports or prohibiting men from women's restrooms, and concealed carry laws would be subject to federal review and approval. Former DOJ election law attorney Adams said, "Every area of law could be impacted!"

STOP the election fraud bills! Send an outpouring of faxes to Congress demanding that all Election Fraud bills be stopped before Congress and the DOJ cause incalculable damage to our nation.

There are still two viable ways that Democrats can pass this type of bill through the Senate. The first way is through budget reconciliation, which only takes 51 votes. The preclearance bill will require massive amounts of new funding, which Democrats will argue should attach it to the budget bill.

The second path is through a voice vote late at night after voting on a budget bill when a large majority of senators have gone home and none of them are on the open floor to verbally object. Democrats can pass this bill with a simple voice vote.
