There is a flurry of activity in the Senate where the battle continues over the election fraud legalization bill, which just resurfaced under a new number (S 2093). This is essentially the same as HR 1, which passed by just two votes in the House above the necessary 218-vote threshold. This was in part because of bipartisan opposition to this bill.

Senate Democrats have a one-vote margin, and they have 49 Democrat cosponsors. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) is under tremendous pressure. If we don't stop HR 1, we will never have fair elections. The good news is we can stop this bill if we work hard.

One Democrat shared the secret to blocking this bill. Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS), who voted against HR 1 in the U.S. House, told FOX, "My constituents opposed the redistricting portion of the bill as well as the section on public finances. I always listen and vote in the interest of my constituents."

Before we address this effort, there are important concerns across the nation of very strong indications of fraud. One of these was a lawsuit in Antrim County, Michigan, which was dismissed even though the judge admitted he didn't know if there was fraud or not. Below is a summary of what lawyers presented to him:

First, 1,061 phantom ballots don't exist on the voter rolls.

Second, there was nearly 100% turnout of ages 65 to 80, which is impossible.

Finally, more than 1-in-5 of all mail-in ballots were sent from the registrar to Post Office boxes (20.3% total). In Chestonia Township, that number jumped to more than 1-in-3. This is highly suspicious.

In Central Lake Township, two volunteers found about 138 ballots with "the very same signature," which the Democrat secretary of state knew about but did nothing.

There was no process within the audit to flag these votes!

Real progress is being made through comprehensive election reform laws in Florida, Georgia, Texas and in many other states. As in Michigan, litigation and audits are ongoing in several states.

But this bill would stop the states and the courts. This is a landmine that could blow up our liberties, including our religious liberty. While we placed a roadblock in the path of this dangerous bill, we must not rest until it dies in the Senate. Send your urgent fax to the Senate and demand that this election fraud bill be stopped before it destroys our nation.

There are 15 states that have either a special election or a full statewide election this year. Places like Virginia and New Jersey will choose officials from governors all the way down to city officers this year.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) wrote, "These crazy ideas, which will undermine the integrity of all our elections, is priority No. 1 of the Democratic Party. ... They believe that the changes they propose will keep Democrats in power in perpetuity and reduce the role of Republicans."

This bill must be stopped! This is not a partisan concern but a constitutional one. Our very freedoms are at stake. We can do so if we stick together. Those supporting this legislation have a one-vote majority in the Senate counting the vice president. This is why they need to see an outpouring of opposition to this bill.

(5) Automatically register all individuals (as opposed to "citizens"), and thus require the person to opt out.

(6) Register convicted felons.

(7) With same-day registration, no ID and no ability to verify a voter, a person can go precinct to precinct voting multiple times under different names.
