Tell Congress to STOP THE EQUALITY ACT.

Churches and Christian schools have historically mounted the strongest resistance to tyranny. That is why freedom-killing regimes target churches. The same is true with HR 5, the misnamed Equality Act.

This bill, now live in the Senate, completely wipes out the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). In 1993, RFRA passed unanimously in the House, 97-3 in the Senate and was signed into law by President Bill Clinton. Democrat Sen. Chuck Schumer sponsored RFRA, but now he wants to revoke it in favor of the LGBT & Q and abortion agendas.

Under the Equality Act, churches and Christian schools will be forced to promote and celebrate abortion and LGBTQ, including the nearly 550 “paraphilia” perversions—one of which is pedophilia. If HR 5 becomes law, resistance will likely result in massive lawsuits and prosecution from the U.S. Department of Justice.

Regardless of deeply held religious beliefs, churches and schools (pre-K to college) will be forced to let boys and men into female bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, sleeping rooms and sports programs.

Imagine sending your daughter to preschool, only to find she is taught by a pedophile or someone who encourages her to choose her “gender.”

• All sexual perversions are “normalized” under the Equality Act.
• All institutions, including religious ones, must endorse the LGBTQ and abortion agendas or face lawsuits and lose tax exemption. Schools will also lose accreditation.

Imagine sending your daughter to high school where she finds men showering in her locker room.

• The Equality Act allows any man into any public women’s accommodations, including changing rooms, bathrooms and showers.

Imagine sending your daughter to camp or college only to find she is forced to bunk with a boy who says he is a girl—or who says he is neither.

• The Equality Act forces men into all women’s accommodations, including dorm rooms.

If you or your daughter complain, YOU are the bigots and YOU can be sued!

• The Equality Act’s enforcement is not limited to institutions; it forces everyone, everywhere to comply or face discrimination lawsuits from offended parties.

Tell Congress to LEAVE OUR KIDS ALONE!

Worse yet, if your daughter’s school rejects this insanity, the school will lose accreditation and face lawsuits as well as persecution from the DOJ.

Should any school dare teach the basic biological FACT that there are only two genders, that school will be punished.

The lawsuits will drain churches and schools. The loss of accreditation will destroy most Christian schools, as certain credits and degrees will be worthless.

The Equality Act will kill Christian education ...

And women’s rights ...

Women’s sports are on the chopping block too, as the bill demands that men be allowed to participate in any women’s sport at any level. We have already witnessed several high school and college sport trophies “transjacked” by biological men demanding to compete for women’s trophies. On the high school level, those trophies are key to winning college scholarships, so once again, men will be allowed to invade what was once set aside for women.

• In Connecticut, two boys won the top two state final races in girls’ track.
• In Alabama, a biological boy won all-state honors in girls’ track and field.
• In California, a man took one of the highly coveted spots on the UC Santa Clara women’s volleyball team after snatching several titles.

There is NOTHING “equal” about the Equality Act. In true Orwellian fashion, the Equality Act makes some “more equal than others.” The rights of women, children and Christians will be crushed.
