Transforming lives with Good News in the Nation’s Capital

The Faith & Liberty Monday Report

Feb 8, 2021

Last week, Faith & Liberty’s staff participated in the 69th National Prayer Breakfast with members of Congress and other national leaders to reaffirm our trust in God and recognize the reconciling power of prayer with others from around the world. Friends and many leaders from more than 140 nations virtually gathered to build and strengthen personal relationships and deepen international ties through our love of God and care for each other.

In addition, we have had many opportunities to share the Gospel with congressional staffers and others on Capitol Hill. We are continuing to meet and pray with members of Congress, and recently hosted a Women’s Prayer Breakfast, during which we prayed and shared God’s Word at the ministry center.

God is on the move!
Blessings,
Peggy Nienaber, Vice President

PRAYER

Please continue to pray for the hearts and souls of congressional members and staffers on Capitol Hill. Pray that God would plant seeds in their hearts through our meetings. Please also pray for wisdom, discernment, and protection for all congressional members as they go through the impeachment trial this week. Pray for truth to prevail!

All of our efforts to bring the Word of God to bear on the hearts and minds of our public policy makers are only possible because wonderful friends like you stand with us both in prayer and in your generous financial support! Again, thank you!

God bless you!
