These were the words of a Planned Parenthood director to Liberty Counsel's client, Sandra Merritt, as the director haggled over the price that Planned Parenthood wanted for human lungs, livers, thymus glands, hearts, and brains from babies discarded by our society.

Sandra is one of the best undercover journalists of our time. She exposed Planned Parenthood for its involvement in the deadliest evil in modern America.

Liberty Counsel is back in court to defend Sandra Merritt. She is facing the next in a long list of court cases that Planned Parenthood is throwing at her. Liberty Counsel is under VERY difficult circumstances, because the California judge is working to handicap them in significant ways.

Because Sandra believed that illegal activity was happening, she can make undercover recordings. However, this court decided that this case is ONLY about the *alleged* illegal conduct of Sandra and her colleagues, and NOT about the *demonstrated* illegal conduct of Planned Parenthood caught on Sandra’s videos.

So ... the court is NOT allowing Liberty Counsel to play ANY portion of the videos that shows how Planned Parenthood broke the law by profiting from the sale of baby parts. Unless things change during the trial, the jury will never see proof of Planned Parenthood’s crimes.

However, the jury will be asked to decide if, BEFORE recording the videos, Sandra had a reasonable belief that Planned Parenthood was committing violent crimes. But the jury will not be allowed to see the videos that CONFIRM Sandra’s belief that those crimes were being committed.

And these videos expose the horrific actions of Planned Parenthood employees haggling over the bodies of the babies they just killed, some of which were born alive, before being—quite literally—sacrificed to science.

I wish I could say this was a mistake, but there are hundreds of legislators on Capitol Hill who are taking a stand so that Planned Parenthood can continue to harvest organs from living newborn babies with no anesthesia! Shockingly, these abortionists have absolutely no fear of punishment.

It is time to make a change—to spread the truth on Capitol Hill and make a difference in our nation. The injustice in this case against Sandra is mirrored by the injustice Planned Parenthood is doing to these preborn and newborn babies.

We just need a total of 20 more votes to pass the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act (S 311 and HR 962). This bill would outlaw the horrific practice of cutting beating hearts out of newborn babies like Sandra demonstrated Planned Parenthood did … and is willing to continue doing.
