Radicals Want the Court to Change America

Oct 2, 2019

Yesterday our team was at the steps of the Supreme Court, petitioning the Court to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Vice-President Peggy Nienaber adds her name to a petition, urging the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Because of the sensitive nature of our ministry in the Court, we simply cannot publicly discuss our more personal efforts. But your prayers and financial investments in Faith & Liberty are producing fruit!

Right now, however, we need you to stand with us again through your giving as the Court opens its 2019-2020 session with important cases that will impact the social and moral course of this nation!

Thank you for your generous giving! Please also join us in fervent prayer for our nation as the Justices consider critical cases like the following:

  1. Altitude Express v. Zarda; Bostock v. Clayton County: Should Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination based upon sex, be expanded to include sexual orientation?
  2. R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Homes Inc. v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission: Should Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also be expanded to include status as a transgender?
  3. Department of Homeland Security v. Regents of the University of California: Is the Trump Administration’s Department of Homeland Security decision to wind down the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA – sometimes referred to as the Dreamers Act) policy lawful?
  4. Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue: Does a state law that funds education but excludes any religious education options violate the religion clauses or the equal protection clause of the US Constitution?
  5. New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. V. City of New York: Is New York City’s ban on transporting a licensed, locked, and unloaded handgun to a home or shooting range outside New York City limits consistent with the 2nd Amendment, the Commerce Clause, and the constitutional right to travel?

In these cases, the radical LGBTQ agenda, opponents of the 2nd Amendment, and extremists who want an ‘open doors’ immigration policy in our nation are on full display. We believe, however, that God has raised us up as your missionaries to Washington to support the Sanctity of Life, the Family as God defines it, and our Religious Liberty as well as to stand against such extremist agendas.

That’s why Faith & Liberty teams will be praying both inside and outside the Court during each of these important cases!

But we need your help! Take a moment right now to make the most generous gift you can to Faith & Liberty. Together, we will fight to preserve our values and freedoms – and save our nation!

Thank you,

Your missionary team at Faith & Liberty

PS: We'll keep you updated on these cases as they come before the Court. Thanks again for your prayers. And thank you for making a financial investment in the unique missionary work of Faith & Liberty!
