HR 5, the so-called “Equality Act” recently passed the U.S. House by a vote of 236-173.

At Faith & Liberty, we are working tirelessly to make certain this terrible legislation never becomes law!

Right now, as a nation, we are standing dangerously close to a precipice. If the "Equality Act" becomes law, it will fundamentally alter the moral fabric of our nation!

Men who are "confused" about their gender will be allowed to use women’s bathrooms, showers, dressing rooms, crisis shelters, and more. This includes every church in America because there is no religious or conscience exemption in the "Equality Act!"

Counselors will be prohibited from providing anyone counsel who seeks to overcome unwanted same-sex attractions, behavior, or identity -- even if an individual wants to receive that help.

Men, pretending to be women (and vice versa), will demand to teach in churches, schools, and daycare centers; to refuse that demand will be a civil rights violation.

Churches will be required to allow same-sex weddings if the church is open for weddings between a man and a woman.

And the so-called "Equality Act" expressly states that the free exercise of religion is not a defense!

That's why we must stop this radical bill in the Senate. But to do so we need your help right away!
