Just last week, our interns, along with students from Liberty University, met and prayed with a number of members of both the Senate and the House of Representatives.

• We met with Senator Ted Cruz, thanking him for staying strong in his faith.
• We spoke with Senator Joni Ernst and her staff about issues important to the integrity of the family.
• We thanked Senators Steve Daines and James Lankford for their strong stance on pro-life matters.
• They met with Supreme Court security staff to learn the importance of adhering to procedural rules both inside and outside the Court.
• Peggy Nienaber, the Vice President of Faith & Liberty, also introduced the students to Senate Chaplain Barry Black. Chaplain Black took the time to share from his heart, challenging the students to make Deuteronomy 6:5-6 their top priority: "You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength, and you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today."

Each time we met with one of our national leaders, it was an opportunity for our interns as well as the students from Liberty University to experience meaningful interaction with national leaders. In so doing, we are raising up the next generation of missionaries to our nation's public policy makers.

And this week, we hosted a Messianic Passover Seder in our National Ministry Center. This unique evening is an evangelistic outreach to members of the staff on Capitol Hill. They were presented with a remarkable illustration of Jesus as their Passover Lamb, who carried the penalty for their sin to the cross. It was a moving experience for all involved.

All of these missionary efforts are only possible because of your faithful prayers and generous giving. Your support enables us to meet with leaders in all three branches of the federal government. It also makes it possible for us to mentor young millennials and raise up the next generation of missionaries who will share God's Word on Capitol Hill.

And right now, as we make our way toward Easter, we need your prayers and support more than ever. we finished March with a shortfall and need a strong April to meet all of our ministry obligations.
